Floor Plan Evaluation:
Review and or revise architectural layouts for a new project to improve the utilization of the interior space before final construction documents are prepared.
Space Planning & Furniture Layout:
Using space and furniture directed specifically to the potential home buyer, paying special attention to detail for the target market, we always consider the budget, level of sophistication and the lifestyle of the home buyer when making the interior and exterior selections.
Color Scheme:
Colors should be used to enhance the beauty of each model home and create a warm and inviting feeling every time a buyer walks through your door.
Presentation:
Presentation boards depicting the selections for each model including floor plans will be presented to you for a final overview of the model home interior.
Purchasing:
Furniture, accessories, wall coverings, area rugs and window treatments are purchased for each model home. We warehouse much of our accessories and art allowing us to be selective for your model home.
Installation:
A professional design team is assigned to every model home we merchandise. Models are completed within 3-5 days.
Continued Service:
Follow up service is applied to each model after the grand opening to ensure a fresh appearance all of the time.

Kreative Ways & Solutions, LLC offers this unique service to both builders and residential clients building new construction or renovating an existing home. Our design team is constantly updated on the latest products and details specific to new home construction.
A custom home should reflect your vision. Our designers will help you determine and confirm your choice of finishes that will compliment your home. Involving a designer at the beginning of a project will save time, costly mistakes and worry. The overall design and style of your home will determine many of the interior selections such as tile, stone, or hardwood floors, kitchen layout & cabinet selections, architectural detailing & ceiling design. By recommending the proper flooring finishes, fireplaces, and cabinetry designs at the beginning of the project, a designer reduces the need for expensive changes later and enable the builder to keep the construction schedule on time.
If selections are made early in the project, the interior design process is less stressful, more efficient and fun.
